Absolutely terrible experience at this Halfords. Took my car in for a service a few weeks ago and when I dropped it off, everything was working fine. When I collected it, my window had completely stopped working.

I have no idea why there is no one outside to coordinate the cars coming in. I've booked an appointment for 11:30 and been informed to come 11:20 and so I did ,but no where to park.
