Me & my husband went in today to return a wedding ring we purchased online that was slightly to big, the lady who dealt with us couldn't be more helpful. We can't remember her name but she was brilliant & talked us through everything to get a new ring for next day delivery on a new ring. Such exceptional customer service skills, a credit to your company ? I'd recommend your store to all of my family & friends. She needs a payrise for sure !

My partner and I ventured into H Samuel Derby to take a look at engagement rings, to replace a lost ring. Hayley was amazing from first impressions, she listened to what we liked without any pressure, showing us an array of rings. Very informative, and gave the best advice. And of course we were more than happy to purchase a replacement ring along with matching wedding ring ready for the big day! Thank you so much Hayley!!

I'd like to thank Hayley for helping me get my rings off my fingers today, she was a fantastic help to me - she was really patient, I'd worn my rings for 8 years and were 2 sizes to small for me now. She certainly knew what she was doing and although it was sore to get them off, she was very conscientious. Thank you again!
