Very very disappointed. I pulled up at this place to grab a bite for my lunch unfortunately after arriving a member of staff immediately put the shutter down with a sign saying back shortly.
What the hell? Unless they got caught short we will just never know. I ended up with no dinner and greggs missed out on my cash......poor I love my greggs!

Why is it the GREGGS has got to have the air conditioning when its NOT that warm your food and drink go cold very quickly when you are a slow eater??????

Called for breakfast a couple of minutes past 11, was told it had gone 11 & couldn?t serve breakfast, not what I?ve been told in the past and very wasteful of food in the current climate, thought Greggs was against food waste.

20 minute wait for sausages rolls and vegan rolls never made an appearance.We visited around 12 today's nothing on the shelves apart from some pizzas that came out. Not sure what the staff were playing at, one person kept opening the oven doors every ten seconds and leaving them open while they got more shelves, meaning all the heat going out of the oven. No wedges etc in the hot pick up sections, pastries would appear within out time there but no sausage and vegan rolls, never known this to happen at a Greggs before.Everything was stacked so close together in the oven it is no wonder the pizzas looked half cooked.No napkins at the tea point.A member of the public then came in saying he was going to stab someone.Awful awful Greggs!

Mackworth Derby. Young girl served us efficient very pleasant. Unfortunately the other staff had seriously unpleasant attitudes. All in the back chatting while the Queue got longer.
