One of the staff was talking a lot to herself but in the manner to be noticed-no need, it got annoying because of our wait due to only one card machine and the lady servong was lovely but more help for her would've helped the queue. She was getting flustered.

Went today at just gone 11am to order a breakfast baguette - snd we were welcomed by the most miserable member of staff. Not a hello, not a smile, it felt as though we were disturbing her by ordering ! This lady needs to find another job preferably not a costumer service role !!

Went to quickly grab something to eat and the lady that was serving was not friendly at all which ruined my mood tbh. Then talking about the place, the sitting area was not clean at all which was disgusting. However, me and my friend got a cheese and onion pastry and a vegan steak bake. Both were extremely cold. Overall i am very disappointed. Because the least I could have expected was a warm pastry.

Called in for a coffee as I was delivering close by... Served by a Super friendly and helpful young lady... Who helped with my vegan requirements... ?Not vegan but gave the non sausage roll a go... Quite nice actually.
