Decided to treat myself to a breakfast baguette at the cornmarket Greggs Derby,
wish i hadn't bothered.
The staff member who served me ELLA, plump with glasses, seemed to have an attitude problem.
I ordered my breakfast baguette and asked for Brown sauce, but she went to put Red sauce on, when I corrected her she snapped back that I had said Red sauce, I reiterated that I'd said Brown, so she threw the baguette she'd made a mistake on but pulled a face as she did, she then SLAMMED my baguette on the counter and flounced off.
Apparently she is well known for this
My suggestion is this, if the job is so stressful then find one where you aren't stressed out.
I have made a complaint to Head office but I doubt they'll do anything as it seems they aren't bothered that their staff lack the basic skills in customer service.

Too many pigeons and dodgy people.
One day I went to get a sandwich and there was a pigeon wandering freely around the shop, I went elsewhere. Another day, I was in the queue inside the shop and a gentleman of no fixed address begged me for money, then they filled their (dirty) water bottle with the milk jug...
Yet another day, I ordered my food with a coffee, I waited for my coffee, another gentleman (of no fixed address, all his worldly goods in a suitcase) was yammering incoherently to the person serving about whether they could put vegan sausages in a baguette (seems beggars can be choosers...). When my coffee was ready (for some reason) the person serving handed *my* coffee to said-gentleman! Didn't much fancy drinking it after that...
It's 3 strikes and you're out with me, I shan't go again. If the shop has problems out of their hands then they should contact the council and/or police. Otherwise, most of the staff were friendly and the food was standard Gregg's.

A so so store, service is good, friendly customer service.
Prices are quite cheap compared to the other chains, but the product quality too is mediocre at best.
Opens quite early in the morning, and has always a queue of working-class (uninformed hardworking men) people.
