Great service and good prices. I was helped by two sales assistants, and both of them were knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with all my questions... and not the least bit pushy.

We bought a bike before xmas ( sat 30th nov) for the chain to snap 2 days ago but when we went ro the store today no one could help apparently no explanation but when I called the reason was they do not have people at the weekend to do this!!! even though they built the bike on a weekend, can only do int the week, when most people are at work, no offer of fuel reimbursement or inconvenience or even the chain to do our self's because as the manager said on the phone the world dosnt work that way and put the phone down.
I didn't shout or swear, I was annoyed, though.

The shop is big with a lot of product range. A mezzanine floor also contains tents, fishing and bicycles. Prices seem on the high side I haven't yet made a purchase. Need a yearly £5 members card. Available at checkout apparently.

Located on Wyvern Retail park just off A52 Derby. Plenty of parking out front. New large spacious store. Good layout over 2 floors with everything outdoor related including horse riding equipment. Really good deals if your a Go Outdoors member (which is £5 per year cost). Absolutely worth it as most items are half price with membership so you easily recoup your fee on your first purchase!

What a huge Go Outdoors! 2 floors... lots of tents on display. All the usual things you'd expect in Go Outdoors... but this must be one of the biggest ones I've ever been in.
