The staff here are fantastic. the receptionists, to the bar staff, to the dealers. Everyone is extremely professional and very welcoming.I have been to Casino's all around the UK and lucky for me this is the best of the best, If your looking for a night of light gambling and entertainment have a look at their website most weekends they have entertainers on very good most of them are.Ideal for parties or out with the wife as I do this place caters for everyone.I want to add, after covid things have picked up and back to normal, this establishment has got even better, this is a higher class betting establishment than others I've ever been to, the buildings are all the same quality at Genting but it's the staff that make the difference, at this Genting ALL the staff are so helpful and kind they make the difference, they ate genuinely happy when punters win.I took a young lady along with my wife on St Patricks day and she loved it, we all had food and a drink which was excellent quality and a very decent price.

It's as shame they've changed there slot machine games. Not as good as it used to be miss the old games. Unfortunately not for me anymore :)

Great lil casino mmmmmmmmjj especially considering placement!Very tidy upstairs with a good selection of games to play. Plus not sure why but the food In derby is just fantastic.Never any incidents with staff, in fact they go out of their way to ensure all my needs where met a one and beyond.Its no major city casino but don't miss out on a good experience and if your a poker player there's a few regular sublime gamesr

Good place for betting. Once you get in there is free coffee and other soft drinks available.There is a good variety of food available on order.There is one thing to be careful about though, the minimum bet has increased massively.

Tried to visit tonight however wasn?t let in as I had shorts on. Even when their own dress code states otherwise and we?ve been in here before wearing them. After we contacted the help desk to try and clear up the issue, they couldn?t give us an answer and said there was nothing they could do and I should just send an email, even when their own door staff were contradicting each other! In the space of 10mins we saw at least 3 people turned away for the same reason and even saying that they?ve been let in before too. Fair to say that?s one way not to make sure your customers come back!

Had one of the best/scariest experiences tonight at Genting Derby. However, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff was quite superb. I did well on roulette and black jack earlier in the evening in which my winnings were on my Genting card. I went for a drink and put my card back in one of the self service roulette machines. The machine malfunctioned and upon start up all my winnings for the night has been wiped off my card. I won?t disclose how much but it was a fair amount. The floor staff were quick to assist and I explained what had happened. They tried resetting the machine but still my card was showing the incorrect balance and my winnings for the night were no where to be seen.I instantly thought the worse. I was waiting for someone to tell me ?sorry there is nothing we can do we can only refund you your original stake that you started the evening with.? I was starting to lose hope when the floor staff tried to amend the problem. Kirk/Kurt the pit boss however was excellent throughout. He apologised for what has happened (it wasn?t his fault at all, that is technology for you) and assured me that my winnings for the evening would be paid to me. He took me to the cashier desk and processed everything. I guarantee not many casinos would have done this but their honesty was brilliant. So thank you Kirk/Kurt for dealing with the problem efficiently and professionally.The casino and the staff were brilliant throughout the night. Really polite and friendly. It was my first visit since they have re-opened and everything is COVID secure.Great casino and great staff. Thank you again.

Experienced 2 star service in an executive room, shouldn't have to ask for extra bedding when booking for 3 people then have to wait over 3 hours until 8pm to get anything. Politely emailed general manager with concerns which went unanswered
