Wife and I went for lunch Friday afternoon, were drawn to the gluten free options. Owners are very savvy about ensuring plenty of options for coeliac (other allergens in kitchen but cross contamination is well controlled and avoided).
We had delicious quiche and sandwich with lots of tasty salads and a cheese scone to share, all gluten free and all delicious!
They have plenty of gluten free cake too, bought some to take away. Staff were all very friendly and reassuring. Great atmosphere both inside and outside for dining. Looking forward to coming back again soon to support this local gem!

We have been going for breakfast at Fintons a while now. I have not been able to eat dairy or soya but the staff have been very knowledgeable about what is in their food. Good systems in place for allergies and still super tasty. My daughter is now old enough to eat solid food and she also can't eat dairy or soya. I felt reassured that she could eat there too. Great, delicious food!

SO glad I visited here today with a good friend of mine. I found it on Google maps...!!! Such delicious food , with a very good quality and taste to it. I had garlic mushrooms on sourdough toast , with a poached egg on top, and lots of lovely fresh rocket. My friend had a lovely brown sourdough with a blend of very tasty cheeses on top of it - we both loved our food...???. The desserts and cakes are to die for, my friend had a piece of a "triple layer victoria sponge", and I had a piece of "blueberry & lemon sponge" to take away, with me... Coffees were also ????? excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly, too... ??. Would definitely recommend this place for breakfast, brunch, & lunch...??? Amazing...!! You can also reserve a table in advance, to make sure you get a seat, when it's busy....??
Dietary restrictions: Fintons also have "gluten free" homemade cakes for sale, to takeaway, or eat in, with a lovely coffee....
Parking: There are a couple of spaces to park at the front, but if you drive down the side of the cafe, to the back , there is plenty of parking and a small outside garden area , with tables available... Free of charge...

Superb soup and cheese on toast absolutely delicious. Staff were friendly and cakes out of this world. We will be back. If you want a reasonably priced treat , choose Fintons you will not be disappointed!

Always hear great things about this place so decided to go grab my breakfast to take away. Won?t be going again. Ordered a bacon and mushroom roll to take away (with another bacon sani and a coffee) and it came in a box with mushrooms separarte but with that much oil/water from the mushrooms that my roll was sodden after a five minute walk back home. The mushrooms were pretty much raw too. Worst £16 I?ve ever spent. Wish I?d taken photos.

Short visit just has a milkshake as only had time for that but a lovely place and would definitely recommend giving the place a visit and hopefully next time I'll have time for some food
