This Euro Car Parts branch is an absolute disgrace. I went in on 23/08/2025and the staff refused to serve me for no reason whatsoever. Instead of acting like employees of a national company, they behaved like thugs ? aggressive, hostile, and completely unprofessional. They attacked me like animals.I?ve never in my life felt so disrespected or unsafe inside a shop.
The fact that Euro Car Parts allows people like this to represent their brand is shocking. It wasn?t just bad service ? it was abusive, intimidating, and dangerous. This place is a complete embarrassment to the company name.
If you value your time, money, or even your safety, stay as far away from this branch as possible. It needs shutting down and that 2 staff member here needs replacing. I wouldn?t trust them to run a corner shop, never mind a major auto parts chain.

Been there today the guy at the front was very helpful but he definitely can use help on front desk.he seems to do two man job there.

A quick phone call, part I wanted and was in stock. Only just around the corner from where I was. Turned up,was sorted out in a few minutes and gone. Comparative to others a good price.
Few here get the 5 star.
