Have been a trade customer for some time now, can?t fault EMC in any department. Prices are extremely competitive in today?s challenging market. Staff are also great. I travel a fair distance passing numerous tile shops on route, enough said!

A fantastic customer experience received by EMC Tiles from start to finish. John and the team are highly knowledgeable and professional. They will very happily advise and accommodate the needs of the customer (even beyond the expected level of service). Their showroom has a vast collection of very nice tiling styles and sizes. I can very confidently recommend their products and services and will happily make the 112 mile round trip to be a customer of theirs again in the future. Thank you very much.

So far EMC have been great. Brilliant selection of tiles and I have not managed to find anything like my flamingo tiles anywhere else. Liam was really helpful and patient with my ramblings about not having a clue what I wanted. I thought I wanted a copper effect tile....but came out with flamingos! I love them. I will be going back to order my tiles and purchase some for the floor too. Great staff. Thankyou.

The best place if looking for tiles in Derby. They have decent selections and the staff are very understanding and supportive. Liam - the staff who dealt with us was very patient and took time to answer all our queries
