“I had a long standing issue with a Electric scooter brought for my son for Xmas 2022 which was sparking from the charging point. After being fobbed off by a member of staff I called and spoke to Matt who was the duty manager he immediately resolved the problem issued us a gift card and also gave my son a small gift for the inconvenience. Well done Matt great customer service.”
“Took daughters car to have a windscreen chip repaired. The guy who name didn't get came out to look at the chip and advised not touching it. It was outside of the MOT fail zone and small but within the sun strip area being close to the edge.Good friendly advice..Well worth the drive to check it..”

“Had a great experience at the store, was returning an unwanted item for a voucher (within the return period obviously) and staff was wonderful. I was first helped out by a lady who assisted and explained the process of returning.
After the warranty checks she recognised me as I walked into the store and was very helpful explaining everything was okay. After this shed then passed me onto a male colleague of hers who explained the differences of buying online and in-store. There was also someone who I can only assume as new who was also very nice.
Overall the store was very welcoming and staff were very polite!”
