Exchanging a faulty product and other things. Dunelm staff (Amanda C) more than helpful, chatty and pleasant. Transaction sorted quickly without issue. Very happy and stress free. Thank you.

Please sort your air-conditioning out surely it's a legal requirement to have it on when it's this warm! I went in too cool down from the hot weather with my babies and it was too warm! Poor workers looked like they were struggling, for such a big building you'd think it would be cool!!!!! Not very impressed. Also some of your staff are so rude.
