I was approached by Adam and he was very courteous and professional. After the computer sleep experience, he talked me through my options on the mattress suited to me and my partner. I was offered a coffee of my choice and other optional details like the disposal of old mattress service which included plastic covers for my old mattress. I also bought 2 of the pillows and a new duvet. I was very impressed by the service and will recommend my Dreams experience to others.

Visited the Derby store and was met by Will.
We found him extremely helpful and courteous and helped us with all our queries about purchasing a mattress.
At the conclusion of the transaction he offered us a drink of coffee each which we gratefully accepted.

Visited Dreams Derby (Meteor Centre) this morning looking for a new matress. Great staff, took the time to discuss different types of matress and those most suited to us. Great experience, came away having purchased one and very pleased with our experience.

John and Lily were fantastic! i went into the store with an idea of what I wanted already. They were very polite and professional and not pushy. They helped identify some alternatives to the frame and mattress I had found online and one of the frame recommended ended up being better for me. I was offered a drink whilst going through the paperwork and they explained everything clearly to me and made sure I was happy before signing anything. 10/10 customer service! Would highly recommend if you're looking for a new bed.

Very bad after sale service, they would disappear and refuse to do anything but instead accuse the customer.
I bought a £800 bed and after few years the metal bend and dreams are accusing me of misuse.
I pay extra £80 for 8 years of insurance... I was reassured that with this insurance I would be able to exchange the bed without any problems if anything happened. But seem the insurance is not worth the paper that is written as others have mentioned they would refuse to do anything.
I am very disappointed with the report and feel insulted and accused by the statement. The technician Brian said to me ?you have been jumping on the bed? and he said that dreams would not fix this bed, basically accused me of damaging the bed. Brian what evidence do you have?? I said to him no but obviously it seem like dreams are not interested in taking any responsibility after taking your insurance money that they forced you to buy when purchasing the bed. Disgusting after care service.
I would not recommend.

Called into Dreams Beds today in Derby and was greeted by Paige who was very friendly and listened to what we where looking for and then showed us all of the options we could choose from. Giving practical advice and allowing us to lay on the mattress's we had considered. After visiting 4 other outlets in the same area, we went back to Dreams for their price, quality, delivery and friendly service. We would recommend this branch to anyone and say a big thanks to Paige. Oh, and a nice coffee to boot.

We came to Dreams to buy a new matress without much idea of what we were looking for but got excellent helpful advice and were given the full treatment from the lady assistant Nina , who explained everything very professionally and took into consideration our budget.We came away very pleased with our purchase and delighted with the service .Great job Nina your a star x
