Poor service and communication how ever food is good. Guy seemed angry at everything I asked even when I placed my order. When asked how long got aggressive response back. You?ve only been waiting 5mins when I had been waiting 15mins already. Can?t deal with people speaking g you like dirt. Sort it out boys.

Complete contrary to fast food. Ordered two strip wraps with fries, two people who came in after me were served before me. It seemed like they know each other so I guess 'friends and family' works even in such places. Thankfully I'm not local I was just driving by

as any business could do with working on few certain areas, customer service is nil, you have to force yourself to ask for even a tissue. Order was a cheese burger, not sure which beef they use for patty, but very very dry and crusty edges, slightly burnt, and no cheese slice, I assume they use cheese sauce or something, maybe cheap products,but avoid the burger, you will be dissatisfied. also no salt on chips either. Not a furious rant but owners needs to work on it?could do so much better business wise especially in a busy built up area..

I waited over 25 mins for my food in side the shop a bloke came in 5 mins after me order the same thing chicken strips for him to get his food before me and me then to be told I have to wait 15 minutes for my food and then both staff member staring at me when I asked how long my food was going to be making me feel very uncomfortable and after I asked how long my food was going to be he told me to sit lady like I am come dog never will I walk into that take away again there customer service was awful and I come home to see my food has been chucked in a box and the chicken is not cooked

13.30 13/08/24 Just picked up chicken for kids. Completely burnt, it was that bad I thought it was old chicken they had just re-fried.
New employee rude, can?t speak English and is put on the front counter.
Probably his first job.
Instead of saying I will substitute order he stands arguing in front of other customers.
He will single handed reduce your customers by 50% in the coming weeks.
I?m picking my halal chicken from KFC at least I know it?s not old chicken .
Train your new employees before putting them on front desk. As the old saying goes pay peanuts get monkeys.
His best comment was leave a negative review i don?t care. Lol
