I was looking at printers. The guy who was on that section was extremely helpful and informative, he answered any question I asked. I also asked if he'd carry it to my car and he did no problem.

Stood at the till for 5 minutes with no one there 3 staff members saw me and did nothing, guess they don't want money.

James B was fantastic at Meteor Centre. I went to the store to get advice on TV's and he was very professional and informative. On the contrary, Kingsway store was the opposite, the young lad serving me was doing everything he could but the store manager was doing everything he wanted to do (what was he doing?), essentially he was rubbish and wasn't helpful. I couldn't try a USB to determine if it worked on the TVs as they had adverts running and was informed to buy a TV where I can trial it at home where there's a 28 day return policy, as long as the box is unopened. So, I can't really trial it at home. The store manager should be a comedian as he's a joke. There's two Currys in Derby, I'd advise Meteor Centre if you want to walk away with a good service, great knowledge and a product that suits. This happened a couple months ago. We brought a VR2 for the playstation ,there was not one on show for my huband to try so the assitant said wr have one in the back so being a bargain he brought one ,my husband tried it twice and could not get on with it ,it made him very dizzy and sick and put him to bed on one accastions,so we took it back to curry's only having it for 2 days,and thinking we could return in the box we could get our money back unfortunately you carnt. at first we were so disappointed but it our fault we should of looked into it a bit more ,unless items are broken or unused and still in the box you cannot return certain goods at curry's, so we have an item we cannot use which total cost was over ,£400 just sitting here .lesson learnt .
