Ignorant, Ignorant and clueless so called management that have not got clue on what they are selling nor at how much the product is. Complain and your told they are trying to find you the best price. So it's on display, what's the price? Then with attitude he gives you a price out of thin air.
Seriously spend your hard earned money some where else. There are plenty of business that want your business and treat you with RESPECT!

Poor attitude of staff. One rule for one and one for another. Went to Kingsway to return an item that was clearly faulty to be told it needed to be sent off? but? if I went to the original store I purchased they may return. So that?s exactly what I did. Advice isn?t bad, but the woman?s attitude was disgusting. No circumstances taken in to account, just a flat out ?no I won?t return it?. Poor! Then attempted to refuse point of sale when I went back to purchase an item they had in stock.
No wonder Currys get a bad name. Meteor centre was a much better experience, no questions asked. Avoid kingsway.

Customer service is appalling. I?m currently sat waiting in the queue the person in front of me has been being served for 35 minutes.
There are 9 members of staff I can see standing around doing nothing. Chatting and on their phones.
Update I?ve been served 40 minutes later. Customer service was clueless. Asking me questions he should know the answers to. It would have been faster to drive to 40 mins to Mansfield and return my item at an alternative store.
Unless you?ve got an hour to wait go somewhere else.
Shocking.

Absolutely Appalling Customer Service ? Avoid at All Costs
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Curry?s Derby that I feel compelled to share. Upon entering the store, I approached the desk hoping for some advice. One staff member sat directly in front of me on his phone, clearly on a personal call, and completely ignored me for over 10 minutes.
When another staff member eventually came over, his attitude was shockingly rude and dismissive?bordering on aggressive. There was no attempt to help, no courtesy, just a complete lack of professionalism or basic customer service.
I?ve never encountered such a poor attitude from a retail team. It was genuinely one of the worst customer service experiences I?ve ever had, and it left me feeling frustrated and unwelcome. Extremely disappointing from a brand I previously trusted.

Ordered and air conditioning unit from this store drove over there to pick it up all the way from Leicester to find it wasn't really in stock. They then said it will be ready Monday. Phoned currys help line to find out what was actually going on the lady on the phone the told me they store had cancelled the order and just refunded me I should of had a email but nothing was sent out. This is why people go to amazon ??

Very disappointed with the service at Curry. The staff were extremely unprofessional and unaccommodating, even when the issue was clearly a mistake on their end. Instead of taking responsibility, they were dismissive and unhelpful throughout the entire experience. I expected much better customer service and will not be returning. I would not recommend anyone going and buying anything from them.
