They used to have InPost outside , but they moved it inside the shop. To take parcels out it literally takes 20 minutes.Also there is no service inside the shop so they can?t provide service they should.

Don?t have anything delivered here for collection. They don?t know what they?re doing. I tried to drop 3 parcels for sending, Yodel, InPost and Evri and the only one they could do was Evri. Whilst I was there, the nice lady (the man is rude) said she had 5 parcels for me. I had received no notifications about this, all 5 were marked as ?in transit?. They?re not scanning them when they arrive so you would never know they are waiting for you.
Vinted have now removed them as a collection option. I suspect due to poor reviews.
I too have experienced the ?wait whilst I serve this person? issue meaning what should be a quick stop ends up being 20 minutes ?
I?m not going to use them for any drop offs or collections in future.

New owners keep lying about parcels and very rude. Never had a problem with parcels turning up there under old ownership.....today he served 2 people instead of finding my parcel so had to wait ages then got very frustrated with me when he couldn't find it !!

Rubbish well over priced slow service and staff that are so inept. Far better to go down into Spondon Village to the Co op. Cheaper more selection and pleasant staff.

Amazing how Paul and his team have kept the stock levels during these crazy days. Great shop, brilliant staff, nothing is too much trouble, newspaper delivery in Ockbrook never missed 6.30 am on the button. We are lucky to have such a great retailer in Spondon.
