When my husband and I tried to order there were around 6 staff talking and laughing so loud and shouting across the preparation area, I had to repeat my order to the cashier a few times as he could not hear me and I couldn't hear him. This was Wednesday 24 July at 4pm. I had to shout at all of them to keep quiet so I could order.

This isn't aimed at the one in the main entrance, this is for the one on the maternity ward but they're not on google...Why would you hire a person whom you knew had no barista experience then have a go at them after 2 days for not picking it up quick enough?You should be ashamed of yourselves. No wonder why people don't last there. Provide adequate amounts of training to people before you judge them.
