My daughter enjoyed her coffee but dropped her rail card. Your lovely staff (Leanne Fletcher) found me on facebook and contacted me so I could collect it. Above and beyond the job but made me so glad you have great staff. Thank you!

I come here occasionally before I go to college but today was the last time I will bother. Arrived and served by blank faced server - seemed totally disinterested and indifferent. I asked what time they closed and she said 5pm. At precisely 4pm someone came to move me from my table and inform me they needed to clean the area - so not open til 5pm at all. FFS why do they need to clean the chairs and tables at 4pm if they don?t stop serving coffee til 5? Makes no sense. I was allowed to sit outside on the high chairs for 15 minutes then they asked me to move again and packed those away. Appreciate it?s a train station with much passing trade but why do they need to clean the tables and put them away at 4pm?? They just seem like they can?t wait to get rid of customers and want to go home. The girl who told me I needed to move was extremely rude and wandered away off half way through while I was still speaking. She was similarly snotty when she asked me to move off from the chairs at 4.15pm. The worst customer service I have encountered in years.

The female staff are better than the males in my opinion. Some of the lads are a bit Cocky and full of it. Otherwise the service is good.

This version of Costa Coffee is a Pronto. The name was very suited to the name on this occasion. Service was very fast, the staff took my order and within a couple of minutes I was given my order. I have been here before at peak times and the service has been slightly slower. It is a compact area little vendor but for a decent cup of coffee it's pretty good. There is a seating area for when you want to quite on your train or waiting for someone.

I called in this morning for a nice coffee and cake with my granddaughter. Embarrassing moment, when told card machine didn?t work, after being sat down. I had to get up in front of everyone to pay again., only to find the payment had gone out twice so beware everyone..... They apparently cannot refund unless you call in again, so basically embarrassed me and stole my money. Zero for customer service....

Hi I went to your store in alferton with my 4 month old daughter after finishing my drink my daughter needed changing i went into the baby changing bit to find poo and wee everywhere a toilet brush full off poo and toilet paper not there for I wasnt able to change my daughter when am paying that price to have one drink I would atleast expect somewhere clean for me to change my baby if that's what the toilet look like when public can see them I wonder what the kitchen look like
am fuming at this and have also complained to Costa its self

All the costa staff are amazing!! Always greeting you & the service with a smile exists in this place. They do eveything from food & hot/cold drinks. The team leader Stacey Banks is an amazing woman very caring & courteous and always smiling. Shannon, Gina, Joe, Jordon, Stacey, Neena all brilliant thanks everyone 4 always looking after me ð???ð???
