“Nice store and helpful staff so gave 5 stars, but I got £100 parking ticket on the store car park whilst shopping. Advised by Nissa head office to write letter to store manager for them to contact SMART PARKING to get fine cancelled, which I have done.We'll see what happens.\\nLow and behold 4 days later I get annother £100 fine for a separate parking infringement whilst shopping in store.”

“Friendly, helpful staff with everything you would expect from a local coop.There is a fruit and vegetable section, fridges with ready meals, sandwiches, salads cooked meats and pies and dairy products and another isle dedicated to tea, coffee, biscuits and chocolate and a drinks isle stocked with a good selection and wine and beer. The spirits are behind the till with the cigarettes. The only downside to the shop is the narrow parking places outside and trying to park at busy times”

“I love shopping here as I can get top up shop and use my clubard i always shop here the store is always clean and I’ve used both self checkout and and normal check out but only problem is that i hardly see security there like I used too so what they should do is hire someone to do security during the day and some at night and or install security cameras throughout the store as they only seem to do security at night when they close at 11pm I mean if your going to do security they should do it at the door and before people walk in do a bag search to make sure they are not carrying anything illegal in and when they same when they come out and check the receipts do security things on all items and install security thing on the door that way they can protect the store more from thieves and don’t get me wrong I love the place but I feel they need to up the security more on the door”

“Always found the staff very friendly and helpful, no problem calling additional staff to serve when the queue builds up. Some ranges limited which I know is down to the size of the store. Parking good at the front as well as the side of the store, with the Markeaton pub next door if all spaces taken. Freshly baked bread is a bonus also.”

“Good little CO-OP. Has everything you need but the parking is atrocious, especially on the front. Disabled spots taken by taxi's cars just stopping in the middle of the carpark or parking on the grass making getting in a nightmare. Provided your on foot or a bus it's got everything you need.”

“Handy for local shopping and good opening hours ( open daily from 7am to 11pm ) where you can really find everything we need in our lives, free cash machine, The National Lottery, EVRI Parcels Shop ( ex Hermes ), top-up point, instore bakery, good range at the best quality of fresh vegetables, items for general household use, alcoholic beverages, wine, spirits, soft drinks and chilled goods for sale and even more than we could imagine and the staff are very friendly and helpful especially Mike ☺️”
“This hidden convenience store on the bottom of Bass Street, Derby is great for daily necessities and you are able to get more than your weekly shop in the store. But the store is quite small and would definitely recommend wearing a facemask. The staff are always accommodating. They have a free ATM and postal services and Paypoint services if needed.I definitely would recommend for great prices and for daily to weekly shops.”
“Lovely and helpful staff, free cash machine, Costa coffee and tango ice blast machine which is a bonus. Great range of products; meat, dairy, fruit and veg, picky bits, snacks, fresh bakery section etc. All you could need really.
