Generally good.. Higher prices than other supermarkets, despite loyalty card scheme.. Poorer selection of fruit and veg than others.. Friendly, helpful staff... Always slow queues now only kiosk checkout open.Update 23/6/22.. Still only serving at kiosk.. Ridiculous lack of consideration for customers!

Very good store. Though I am constantly picking up products with incorrect prices. Staff are lovely about it and refund me. But it happens way to often sadly

Good variety and quality of food, drink and household items. I usually visit early evening, good availability of self service tills as well as manned tills at kiosk so never have to queue.

Ample close parking, easy access. Situated among a good selection of other shops in the popular Park Farm shopping precinct. Everything you would expect from a convenience store with a large selection

Usually like shopping at the CoOp but this was not pleasant. Charged 7 Pounds for 2 pizzas clearly labelled as an offer for 5 pounds. When we queried this were told that one element of the offer was out of stock. So we were charged full price due to the CoOp's inability to keep stock on the shelves. We came away with more money paid for less goods. Then to finish off a good visit we got home to find we'd been charged full price for a punnet of strawberries reduced from 2 pounds to 1.40 because it was dated today. Will be sticking to Littleover. Much prefer the other Co op stores in the area and find this one just ok really. It?s a decent size but feels cramped and short of space. I am not a fan of their cold store fridges and this shop has lots of them. Don?t get me wrong it has everything you would expect and the location is good being in Park Farm shopping centre so lots of other shop to visit. Too much space is also taken up with self serve - pretty useless, especially when this store attracts a lot of the older generation who just can?t work the things!

Best thing about this Co op branch is the aisle space. All the brands you could need and plenty of fresh produce. Handy shop to have at Park Farm.

Very handy for people living in the Allestree area. Great service and good selection of products. Some things are a bit pricey but on the hole not to bad . Well worth a look

Good shop, Well stocked & if they don't have what you want, jist ask & they are more than happy to check if they have it (friendly staff). They also have good deals & it's handy to have a membership card too.

Terrible. Completely and utterly, bizarrely, understocked for such a large supermarket. I can never find all the things that I want from there. No matter what I go for there's always at least one thing they don't have. The vegetarian selection is practically non-existant, as is stuff like sugar-free (or low sugar) pop and cordial. As others have said - it's also quite expensive for everything other than own-brand stuff.

Wide selection, good for the regular shop, you can get most things you want other than more niche stuff. Efficient staff. reductions if you hit it at the right time. My supermarket of choice these days.

Compact but has everything you could need.

The trolleys are always in a jumble, you can't always get what you need, the regular checkouts are often closed so you have to go to the kiosk with a big shop and juggle shopping, bags, money, bending down a lot etc -- not good for the elderly.

You can get many items here, such as bread and meat and cheese and that.
