One of the staff in there he is a man (no hair) with black glasses, this guy is really rude, disrespectful to customers. He should get fired, this local community is lovely why should we have people like him to work here and treat us like an animal? I will remember his name next time and post them on here.

Both j and Gaya are wonderful late night team members, always happy, polite and willing to go the extra mile for their customers, if you don?t have what the customer requests, they will offer you alternatives, what more could you ask for, these two need recognition for their hard work over night and for their great customer service, these two are the reason I keep coming back, because it is a pleasure to see their happy, smiley, helpful faces even at stupid o?clock in the morning, they make you feel welcome, they are a credit to your company

Every time I visit this Asda while staying at my boyfriend?s, I end up leaving annoyed. There?s a worker called Morris who is just unbelievably rude. No hello, no ?cash or card???not even basic eye contact. Today, like usual, he scanned my stuff in complete silence and just turned the card machine on without a word. It?s like I don?t even exist. To top it off, he?s always blasting some loud, annoying music behind the till like it?s his own personal concert. It?s unprofessional and makes the whole atmosphere feel uncomfortable. ?some basic manners and respect wouldn?t hurt.

I live opposite the station. 24/7 I spend a certain amount in there & the staff are amazing- but it?s noisy at night & early morning- and when some other low life jumps into the queue the staff do nothing.

Be careful when buying milk from here, normally everything we have brought from here has been okay but today me and my mate found all SIX of these blue milks shoved at the back of the fridge behind in date milk. They all are 2+ days out of date ranging between the 29th march - 10th April (visited on the 12th April)
Be careful and triple check the dates

It?s a great place to shop. All the staff are really nice and friendly. We are staying near so have to shop here for stuff at the closest thing to me, want to complain about one staff his name is Mr. Maurica(he is usually works night shifts) and he is so so rude and insulting us every time. this has been happening for months now and quite frankly I am fed up of his attitude!. I am not happy with the level of unprofessionalism he gives! I feel very discriminated against because coming from other country. It gets worse day by day.

I have loved in the area for just over a year now and for the most part is a great place to shop. All the staff during the odd day shifts I?ve been in on are really nice and friendly. I work nights so have to shop here for stuff at night as it?s the closest thing to me, however there is a guy with short balding hair (he?s the guy that usually works night shifts) and he is so so rude! Huffing and puffing when I ask him for stuff, always says there isn?t stock available when I can blatantly see the stock I?m asking for. During the past month this man seems to have ?closed up shop for cashing up? just as I walk up to the window, and I heard him complain to his colleague on shift, to which his colleague told him not to say stuff in front of customers. This has been happening for weeks now and quite frankly I am fed up of his attitude! I will be speaking to a manager when I am next in because I am not happy with the level of unprofessionalism he gives! I feel very discriminated against because I am an outwardly gay male and he can see that. Sort your staff out and people will want to shop there
