The staff seem to be in the wrong jobs. It seems to be such a problem for them to serve customers correctly. They hardly speak a word and look thoroughly miserable. Parking can be a bit of an issue too sometimes, but oh the staff are so rude and ignorant.

Parcel force website takes the money, prints off a shipping label and tells me to drop off the package here. When you try to drop it off they refuse to take it as it?s over 11kg, despite the correct weight being entered on the website when booking. Good luck getting a refund. £30 odd down the drain due to incompetent organisation.

One of the most depressing places. Always miserable staff who stair at you as if you are going to steal things. Can hardly speak to you, its as if you are doing them a favour going in. Although recently refurbished its now dirty and grubby.

This post office has a off licence shop in it.It also has a atm with ample parking in front and close by. But during rush hours it gets full. If so park in adjacent Lidl parking and walk up to the post office.

Polite, efficient friendly staff. Have tried Allenton and Alvaston post offices as well but prefer this one for speed of service. Parking outside, but I prefer to park at Aldi as there is more room and easier to get in and out.

Why are these people in this job? They have no manners, they are not welcoming or helpful.The last lady was polite and friendly.I will not use this post office again while they are still there.

Great post office staff are really nice and knowledgeable, less waiting time, good to see how the new owners have modernised it and added new things compared to how the shop looked before, convenient parking outside post office with enough room to manoeuvre your car out.
