Chellaston Opticians provided me with exceptional service when my glasses broke. They quickly repaired and replaced them at a reasonable cost just before Christmas, which was a huge relief. Can't recommend these guys enough. Great with kids and I have just been for the first time for myself as well. Great advice that I've not recieved from other big brand opticians, about free prescriptions and different types of glasses and lenses. Affordable prices for their products too. After having a bad experience with a certain green sign franchise who did not recognise my eye condition, I tried these, and they picked up my condition straight away! I was relieved. Really recommend these, no waiting around, really helpful and understanding, great with my kids and a good choice of frames.

Nice staff who are warm and welcoming. They have a good collection and equipment is modern.Parking is very limited to 3 cars. I advise parking in front of light house or Lidl which is 3 min walk.
