“I do not understand why charity shops are not reviewed more often. This is a very worthwhile cause and as far as charity shops go, this is a very clean, neat and tidy store. It is not cluttered and does not feel like you are entering a jumble sale. I would say it is very well organised and the staff are delightful. They are very friendly.They have a good range of products in store and I would highly recommend a visit to this store if you like to go to a charity shop.It really is a shame that more people do not use them, as not only are you contributing to a good cause but you are also recycling perfectly good products.Well, done all staff at this store you do Treetops proud.”

“Depends what ymca you go to the one on London Road Derby has a brilliant cafe and some lovely helpful people but the accommodation side isn't very nice the people who run it need more training and understand of people's needs complexity support understanding struggles and addiction then it would be a great place unfortunately my son had a really bad experience there”

“Very well priced, most nice women’s tops were about £3. Well sized store, with good quality stock! The staff are so happy and friendly in here too which makes the visit much nicer. There’s also plenty of free parking right outside the store.”
