Had a great experience at the store, was returning an unwanted item for a voucher (within the return period obviously) and staff was wonderful. I was first helped out by a lady who assisted and explained the process of returning.
After the warranty checks she recognised me as I walked into the store and was very helpful explaining everything was okay. After this shed then passed me onto a male colleague of hers who explained the differences of buying online and in-store. There was also someone who I can only assume as new who was also very nice.
Overall the store was very welcoming and staff were very polite!

Recently came here to return a faulty Canon 70D camera i?d bought online - no hassle returns, the people who work in this store are super friendly and understanding. I?d go to this one over the bigger store any day. Always quick service and able to actually have a laugh with them.

I took my PS4 here after completing the Drop and Go process online. After having it for 2 days they called me up to say the console would not boot. Strange since it was working perfectly when I handed it over to them. Anyway, after collecting and testing it myself, it booted first time and works fine. I'm not sure if they just decided they didn't want to buy it anymore or are incompetent?
