I loved the customer service provided!\\nIt was quite detailed and to the point!\\nHowever, many of the questions we asked about the product they sale, one of the staff members said he doesn't know.. Well it was a little bit surprising as we asked about a product in their store.. He could have excused himself and maybe got us someone who might be able to give us the information.. Because obviously we are spending money for the particular product..\\n\\nIt was overall a nice experience! Staff was friendly and pretty honest!

Refused a refund. Very unprofessional and against the law. I will be reporting this store and it will be under investigation. Scammers.

Have bought a few laptops online but all had faults and had to return in-store. The staff are always so lovely and helpful. Wouldnt hesitate to use CEX again because of the impeccable service.

Could do with 2 service counters..one for purchases and the other for those that bring items in to sell, swap etc. Service though was very pleasant even though it took a long time

Great selection of games from lots of different consoles. Massive selection of dvd's. Also have a lot of mobile phones and gaming consoles and accessories.All at reasonable prices.
