I had such a fantastic experience at Card Factory Derby - Intu. Mandy and Elaine were absolutely fab ? so friendly, patient, and full of great ideas. They went above and beyond to help me choose and colour-coordinate balloons, gift boxes, and all sorts of lovely things for my daughter?s birthday. Nothing was too much trouble and they made the whole process fun and stress-free. They were super efficient, really helpful and made sure everything looked perfect. Huge thank you to them both ? they made my shopping trip a joy! Once again a huge thank you xx

Amit in the Derbion centre Card Factory is such a credit to the company. He was so kind and genuine and showed a real interest in us as people while he was serving us and others. He seemed to really love his role and showed exceptional customer service.
