Easily the best Nero I have been to. The staff make this store, always very friendly and welcoming. I love coming here for my morning coffee, and sometimes the occasional lunch time treat.
The store is always kept really clean and the music is subtle classical, making for a pleasant environment every time I've been.

Vegetarian options: The coffe is nice but the service is not good especially one glasses lady that she working there she awlays see you like unwelcome costumer never smile never say hi watching bad so thats why prefer not to visit the coffe shop ????????

I?m dairy free and had a Chocolate and Hazelnut frappe cream. It was very great, lived up to the title and still had dairy free cream. I used coconut milk and you couldn?t tell that i did.
The staff are very lively and kind and service was quick. I strongly recommend this. A coffee was also ordered (with dairy in it) and was very tasty.
In the photo, i had already had some of the whipped cream and chocolate on top.
Dietary restrictions: They were great! They offer coconut, soya and oat. I had coconut with a chocolate and hazelnut frappe Cream. Strongly recommend as you couldn?t even tell!!!

Fav coffee shop for early morning hideaway en route to work. Quite with easy access bathroom at back and a disabled one at front. Lovely music which plays for peaceful atmosphere in mornings.Outside seating which is lovely for non rainy days.Only wish they had GF options and slightly larger portions for tea.
