Popped in for a meal deal after the football today pal. Ordered on the machine then stood and waited for 10 mins for it to be made. You would think in this day and age service would be very quick and efficient with it being classed as a take away. Then again it was only kids working there on minimum wage so you can't blame them I suppose after all it took me 24 years in my job to get up to speed tut tut tut tut

Boxing Day, 2024. Waited half an hour for non existent food. Beyond appalling service. I eventually just walked out. This particular restaurant clearly needs a kick up the you know what.

We really should have checked the reviews on here before visiting!
The staff made an error with our order (forgot our fries), we literally had been away from the counter for a few seconds (to sit in) and they as good as called us liars and became confrontational.
Submitted a complaint, but will likely fall on deaf ears.

Do not deserved 1 star, 45 min waiting for a burger, they blamed "the sistem". I asked for money back and I head a simple "sorry" from them.

Complete and utter joke. Got stuck in a massive drive through mix up and the restaurant was dead. Every single meal that came out was wrong for every car. The place is run by clueless kids! Avoid like the plague

Terrible service it's run by children who have no idea what there doing and that is hard to accomplish as there only cooking burgers. Wait ages for my food for me then to go home and find out its stone cold had to drive all way back to wait another 20 minutes for my food with no apology or any compensation for my wasted fuel and time. Terrible place wouldn't recommend going there.

Order keeps being delayed, I don?t understand why it takes 2 hours to deliver ?fast food? ? Still not received my order, still waiting.
Update: Received my order, everything is cold and this is the ?loaded cheesy fries? ?

I often sit and think how much I fancy a Burger King because they are usually delicious? Then I make the mistake of going to This Burger King! I do not know why, but every member of staff is absolutely miserable, Unhelpful, snappy and ignorant. Again my order was messed up? To which I was told that I was in the wrong! Food for some reason cold? Even when there was four members of staff and not one other person on the premises. Also not forgetting to mention the fact that I had to wait 15 minutes!!!! Hopefully, I don?t forget how terrible this Burger King is every single time I visit. Stick to McDonald?s across the way? Hardly ever let down there

Absolutely diabolical place. I ordered over just eat to have the food delivered and it got pushed out more and more and more. Tried to call them but No one answers the phone so I couldn't get an update. Not the first time it's happened. Absolutely disgusting this place is but I guess when you pay your staff peanuts all you get is monkeys. In the end I had to drive over and collect it myself. Even then the store manager tried to lie to me saying it's on its way. Just as he said it the waiting time went up half an hour. Burger king really needs to sort out this restaurant.

Waited about 20 mins for food, the most dry burgers we have ever eaten in our lifes. Only 2 options for drinks left in the self serve dispenser, asked a member of staff if she could replace the syrup on the empty ones. She said she would get it sorted. Then proceeded to stand at the counter for 10 mins and watch her whilst she didn't mention it to anyone or resolve it. Haven't been for years and now I remember why. Avoid.
