These British Heart Foundation shops are too expensive.

Music far too loud which was distracting and off putting. A little background music is fine but it doesn't need to sound like a disco.

Lovely little branch with a good, frequently rotating stock

Breaks trading standard regulation laws. They ask for id for CDs which by law are not age restricted (even with parental guidance stickers on them they are not age restricted). This has happened to me twice. They will say something has came up on the screen about asking for id (nothing comes up on the screen). Funnily enough when I sent my younger and younger looking friend in to get a CD which had a parental advisory sticker on it she never got asked for any form of id. If they don't like the look of you they will break the law and treat you as if you're going to steal the entire time you are there. I gave this place a chance again after the first incident I had with their discriminatory attitude but now I will no longer be shopping at this establishment.

Lovely bits in here, nicely laid out shop but not the cheapest when you look at charity shops in general, prices were a bit high comparatively.
