My vehicle sustained damage while using the automatic wash service due to a equipment malfunction. This resulted in multiple scratches and a broken wing mirror cover.
As instructed by their customer service team, I spent my own time obtaining two separate repair quotes. While I was about to submit them, my claim was summarily denied, with the company citing a general liability disclaimer and a vague reply that such an incident didn't happen before. I have my dash cam footage capturing how roughly the washing was done.
Instructing a customer to go through the effort of getting quotes with no apparent intention of genuinely considering the claim is unprofessional. I cannot recommend this service due to the risk of vehicle damage from their equipment and the subsequent unsatisfactory handling of the complaint.

Great local fuel and coffee and benefits M&S food for those last-minute essentials or treats. Good parking with seven bays for those quick stops, air, water, fuel, and electric charging all on site (although don't try these if you are a long or towing vehicle).

The lady on duty at 7.30am on Monday the 10th of March 2025 was abrupt and unfriendly and as a paying customer l should at least get a polite welcome and a smile even if it's just put on. Everyone has bad days but politeness never hurt anyone. I always make a point of giving good reviews when deserved but you kind of spoilt my day lady.

First of all the staff needs more training and knowledge about BP Rewards programme, BP Rewards is giving away £5 voucher when you sign up,but when I asked the staff to redeem, they were trying to get rid of me by saying that this will only work when you will achieve 1000 points,because I knew that it doesn't work that way,and than explained again to her that this is already £5 voucher ready to go and try again,than she tried very reluctantly and it worked.The staff is not polite and friendly,it was an embarrassing moment for her but she still kept going on.This exactly happened to my brother and he had to leave without getting the offer because of staff lack of knowledge and their rude attitude.

I had a large latte and a very good almond croissant for a little over £3. Considering some service stations charge over £3 for a Star buckz coffee, I thought it were great value for money.Plenty of other deals on the M&S foods, although please bear in mind that the salmon sandwiches are farmed salmon, not wild.

I occasionally use this garage for fuel, so the other day I called and politely asked if they could change a £5 note. The grumpy man behind the counter first gave me a lecture saying I should really make a purchase. Then, reluctantly looking in his till he told me it costs him money to provide change. Thinking about that comment left me scratching my head a bit. ???Anyway, apart from not giving you my business in the future, I suggest you should employ staff who are polite and who really deserve the job. Looking at past reviews this seems a common theme.......

Sometimes closed sometimes limited to only half the pumps. M&S items stocked are not as many as earlier years. Staff are not the happiest bunch, but it's handy if you need some milk or a bottle of wine. Fuel prices are not competitive but it is BP

Fuel expensive, staff hot and miss, no fuel being available is a regular occurrence despite being available elsewhere .I used to be a regular BP customer, this station has literally driven me to competitors.
