Went here because of a really painful sorethroat. I met a warm lady pharmacist who looked into the throat, recommended a lozenge that numbs pain cause it has some local anaesthetic. Got this there and now can eat and swallow much better.

Had noticed my order was at the store, but when I got there, only part order was there. I wish I had been told. The item I received was in a hugely ridiculous box, I was unable to carry it, so took the item out of the box and was told I would have to take the cardboard with me!!

Not open 9-6 like stated on the website. It closes between 1pm and 2pm. What a waste of time.

Dont normally leave reviews. But went in to boots this morning to pick my prescription up. I thought i had two but after a quick chat with Sarah after i showed her the nhs app she told me the date they would be expected. She also advised my on a few things i could do to help with my condition, which i will take any advice. She is a credit to the store. The service is always brilliant from all staff. Many thanks

We are blessed to have such a brilliant Boots Pharmacy in Mickleover they go above & beyond to help the customers Sarah is a legend she knows everyones names their regular prescriptions & is always on hand to give advice. This tiny chemist is a victim of its own success.

Recently went for a flu jab. The person who gave me my jab was obviously sick and was literally coughing all over me without a mask. If you are there administering jabs to vulnerable people, please wear a mask.Shockingly horrible experience.

Despite being such a busy store, on a main high street with loads of passing traffic and trade and a GP surgery literally around the corner, the team at Boots Station Road Mickleover always make time to help and show genuine interest and care. When they have been really busy I have always found really good communication from the team so you can go away and come back if you have other things to do. Throughout the COVID pandemic, there's was one of the few establishments I felt truly safe in accessing too.
