Went to this store last night as my autistic daughter wanted to get a toy, so went around the toy section to see what she wanted. We saw a mini moods stitch and thought £18.99 was ok only to find at the till that the toy was actually £49. This was a shock as B&M is supposed to be a discount store. We also found the till worker was not willing to help, she didn't want to go check the price so my partner had to go find it himself, she only called for another staff member to open another till as if there was a huge queue growing behind us, she wasn't even that friendly and told my daughter in a not-so-friendly manner that she needed to take her purchase as she was causing a queue.

Daughter picked up incorrect priced product, staff wouldn?t check price on shelves made me look, and after checking what they had done is placed loads of that product under incorrect price tag labeled in small writing. Worst part staff wouldn?t entertain checking so seems this is norm to do in this shop. Enclosed is the picture of the shelf for people to make own judgments but at the very least staff should check and explain.

Popped in for a few bits and bobs, toiletries for next week's round the world trip ? and of course a few goodies for the ode pantry!
Got 3 chocolate coated flapjacks and at 39p a pop was absolutely astounding value in this day and age! The most important bit though, they taste devine, makes it even better ?

Clean store with everything you need. But you do need more till staff on. Surely just a call to the shop floor asking for assistance would be fine.

I asked to use the toilet on my recent shopping trip. The staff on the till and on the shop floor refused. They said if I was disabled, then they would let me. Not all disabilities are visible. Pretty disappointed with your customer service. I left the shop with half the goods I intended to buy. In this day and age it?s appalling!!
