Poor experience having to wait long at the check out. Only one open long queue and plenty of staff filling shelves. Asked for another till to be opened but to no avail

What on earth is going on today ? Went in after taking child to nursery to get some drinks and medicine to then be followed around the shop (middle age women , dark short hair, glasses) then going to the counter asking for manager and I?m getting accused of shoplifting then heard she was calling the police to another colleague ? i go in there near enough everyday at what point have i ever gave that indication ? rubbernecking comes to mind. Seriously I get you got a shop lifting issue but please bore off . Tested to see if I was being followed went back to the medicine isle and wallah look who appeared. I?m not stupid aimlessly walking around with the bread trays isn?t exactly covert. You can check the cctv nothing I did even remotely indicated I was doing what she claimed. 09:10-09:23 today mainly down drinks isle and the medicine isle with empty pushchair if need to look , have a word with them. Must be a slow day

Great store, plenty of stock and a fantastic choice. Always good prices at these B&M stores. Quick and friendly service at the checkout too. Not many parking spaces outside, so best getting there on foot.

Was average not as big as B&M's normally be. The parking was a mess, as cars were pulling in customers were also trying to leave which caused chaos, especially when the car park help about 20 cars. Tiny store tiny carpark.

Wanted to say a big Thank you to Jahnaid who is the true reflection and the face of B&M. When I went there few days ago, there was a very long queue and Jahnaid has managed to serve the customers very effectively and quickly! It's rare to find such a great customer service and a team member, especially that you can feel the reduced number of employees the in the shop, and that's why often there are long queues.
