The worst experience at Bensons for Beds Derby. We?ve had beds from the Nottingham store before and the service has always been brill. We went to Derby as Nottingham is shut for refurbishment, walked in and greeted by a sales agent , I have no idea what her problem was but I don?t think she took us serious enough, and after 5 mins I wanted to get out of there. Am afraid you just lost an order for 2 beds and a customer. I suggest you send the staff on a sales and customer service course. Anyone looking for Beds go check D&M furniture which is on the same estate and the staff are brill.

The mattress we purchased was originally marked in the shop at a higher price than advertised on your company website. When I advised the store manager and once he had verified this he reduced the price to what was advertised

Our delivery team were Pawet and Emilian. They were excellent!!. Punctual, pleasant, polite and worked extremely hard to complete what was a difficult delivery.

The delivery guys were excellent, the best yet ! They were friendly, professional and obliging. I have never reviewed delivery people before as most are miserable and will only do the bare minimum, but these two guys, Tony and Emilian, were superb. The salesman in the shop, Pete, was knowledgeable and friendly aswell. Overall a great experience for me .... and I have 2 new beds ! Happy customer.

Went looking for a new bed on Boxing day. Decland looked after us from start to finish and was very honest helpful and non pushy. Ordered exactly what we wanted and the process was easy and all the way through it,Decland did all he could to help with our needs. Good value for Money too and delivery coming soon!
