Such a worst service while I was a tenant with this company. Would never ever recommend it to anyone!The staff working with them is super unhelpful and rude. While we were tenants, getting anything sorted from maintenance was the biggest pain in life.And now when we ended tenancy, they made up a big list of false claims against us by trying to deduct a large sum of our protected deposit. Attached herewith are a few pictures of the kind of stupid things they have been asking claim against, even after we got a professional cleaner come and do the work before handover.

Don't understand why these guys are a 1.9, they have been nothing but brilliant with me, quick to respond and solve problemsNeeded a replacement part for my fridge they had some one out with in the week and a new one ordered and fitted with in 8 days.After my last eastate agents it's nice to actually have a land lord that gives a toss.Keep up the good work guys and thanks

I was not unsatisfied with the service I received from Belvoir. I saw a property online that we wanted to view so I enquired about that and I was told I would be contacted once they had checked when was good for the tenant. Waited a couple days then it was the weekend and never heard anything - no phone call, no email. So I emailed then back on the Monday and I got an email back saying that they had tried ringing me but with no success and that all viewings were now taken. I always have my phone on me and I looked in my phone call history and no attempt was ever made to contact me. Very frustrating.

Placed an offer on a property that I haven?t seen due to being away but made an accurate opinion due to knowing the area and the houses that were built there, they said the vendor agrees and wants to move forward but insists on me seeing the house, I have drove 35miles saw the property and they called me next day to tell me that the vendor has sold to someone else.Lack of professionalism and honesty.

I let my property through Belvoir for many years. Unfortunately, the quality of service and communication has gradually gone downhill in recent times. There seemed to be a lack of interest in ensuring that my property was fit for rent and turned around quickly after a tenant left it in a state. Communication has been problematic for some time: I often had to chase answers to emails, and then chase again when I only got half the information I asked for. In the past an item disappeared from the inventory, and a lot of clutter and junk has accumulated in my property, when Belvoir should have made previous tenants remove it at the end of their tenancy. Their office is now situated in Heanor, which is not very convenient when your property is in Derby. In the end, I gave up with them and moved to another agent.

Josie and the rest of the team have been absolutely amazing. Great and rapid communication throughout the process. Extremely friendly! Could not recommend enough.

Unprofessional and lack basic time management and planning.I booked a viewing at a property today and no one was there. I called the office and they didn't even have me booked in even though I had email confirmation of the date and time from Janelle, a so called property manager! Received a call 40 minutes later to say the appointment had been booked for an hour earlier than what was stated on the phone and the confirmation email I received. Honestly, planning and booking appointments must be the most simple job for an estate agent!
