My partner has terminal cancer and twice we went for appointment for me to be put on his account, twice refused not enough ID. I don?t drive (epileptic) and never been abroad so no photo ID. Every item, rent, council tax, benefits also both names on. At the point now he?s ?on his way?. Thanks for nothing Barclays in Derby.

Today 29/7/2025 at 15 hrs , I received a high Support of service from Maizey. The re no ward to explain myself as she treated me with manners and respect. I came to the branch with sorrow but I left happily and a laugh.

After being a loyal customer foe over 40yrs, I am finally deciding to change banks! I have had nothing but stress and frustration after months on end trying to get to my money, going through numerous security questions etc,, without any success in resolving my problems! The amount of times I have rang the bank, just lately to make a payment transfer, I've spoken to a member of barclays staff, Including the fraud team, all of them promising me that they will definitely sort my issues and still,when I ring the bank, I am getting the same response, where they keep fobbing me off telling me to ring another number and to try ringing again, and then I get cut off! So frustrating, annoying and leaves me feeling upset and anxious!!! So now, after 40yrs banking with barclays, I've decided to change to another bank! ?
