I placed a order from the argos website 6 days ago for HOME DELIVERY to come to next day between the hours of 8am-5pm and payed £3.95 for the delivery waited in all day waiting for my delivery to come and it never turned up and not to know a couple of days later I have an email telling me I have got to collect my order when I didn't want to collect my order as I had payed for it to be delivered too me with delivery being easier for me so not happy with the service I have received from argos and when I tried to get help from customer service they was no help at all wasn't interested in helpping at alI have ordered lots of things from argos before with no problems

Went to collect my stuff but refuse to give me because I didn?t show them argos card but I gave them my driving license . Don?t understand when you can check with ID if I am right card holder person why need card? Any one can bring my card which doesn?t prove any thing.

Although the staff are helpful my eBay order appears to have been lost there when there is proof of delivery. Very frustrating for myself and the eBay seller. I have made two trips to try and resolve the matter.

Just a few words to thank the three ladies that sorted my replacement tv out.After four months yes four months ! of technical services messing me about and after sales being next to useless,could not trace my purchase although i had purchased it with the Argos card and i had the order number.Thanks to the ladies who persevered and sorted it all out.Great service.

Great customer service from Dec. After spending hours measuring up my under the stairs cupboard for storage and taking a fair amount of time choosing a unit, shelves and boxes, upon ordering online I discovered the 8 cube storage unit couldn't be delivered and wasn't in stock anywhere in Derby. I was so frustrated as the nearest place I could collect from was Nottingham. Not being a confident driver I wasn't over the moon with this option. I rang the store and Dec took my number and said he would get in touch with the Nottingham store to see what he could do. He rang me back 5 mins later and explained he was having it transferred to my local store and it would be ready for collection the following day. He then rang the following day confirming it was ready for collection. Thank you Dec for the great service. I'm thrilled with my purchases ð??

You get what you order but could be better by having more staff than the one over worked girl on counter all argos,s are the same tho.
