Very helpful. My prescription would have cost nearly £40, but the helpful pharmacist pointed out it would be cheaper to take out a three month subscription. Saved £9! Thanks

I?ve been into this pharmacy twice and unfortunately found the three members of staff I dealt with to be abrupt and not particularly polite.Access and the very limited car parking spaces make it awkward to get to. Unfortunately the building itself is very small. Products are pricey too.

I?d really like to give a better review, but it is pretty inaccessible, and the service today left a lot to be desired.I use a wheelchair so I looked online and there is a ramp into the pharmacy so I assumed it?s be accessible. When I got there the ramp was divided into two lanes (one for the pharmacy and one for the covid booster vaccines). The end result being that I couldn?t use it until someone (another customer) helped to move the barrier. I mentioned this to the lady at the counter who said ?oh ok? to me explaining why I needed to move it. I was rather hoping for an apology.The lady behind the counter (who was very busy) wasn?t able to help me buy something over the counter. She said they didn?t have it, but a customer behind me saw it on the shelf! I?d already decided I wasn?t going to buy it from her but this point.The vaccination room is very small. I only just got into the room, initially I said it was ok to keep the door open but I wanted the privacy. The guy had to move some chairs for me to be able to get in the room and close the door. He was trying his best and did the vaccine well.It is clear that there is little to no thought about accessibility, which makes me feel very unwelcome.

Great pharmacy with friendly and helpful staff who don?t ignore you when you enter. It is a bit on the small side and with Covid-19 restrictions can only allow 2 in the shop at any one time. No big deal really in the current climate. One star off for the access and parking. Can be difficult to find a car space and the entry/exit is straight onto the busy A6 road which can be a bit scary to say the least. I tend to park close by and walk where possible. Apart from this minor issue, I am really pleased that I moved from another local pharmacy to this one and now have my repeat prescriptions sent there every time.Thanks for a great service.

Staff is just fantastic, kind and thoughtful. The pharmacist goes out of her way to help. Guidance and additional clinical service provided by the pharmacy is brilliant.
