I have always found the employees in ALDI, Alvaston to be very helpful and polite.
I like the wide range of products on sale.
This week, w/c 2nd December 2024,
I saw an anonymous, inflammatory, discriminatory and libellous post by a member of the public on the local community Facebook page regarding one of the members of ALDI staff.
This review is to support that member of staff. I rang the ALDI call centre but they could not put me through to individual branches. They advised me to visit the branch to speak with the manager.

As any Aldi, you have to rush to put your things in your trolley at the checkout (depending on the cashier) and the queues sometimes get long but other than that it's a great store, good prices. You can see what offers are on in store by checking the website. Self-service checkouts are available for 20 items or less
