A little disappointing to have to write this but came in for a temporary sofa while we await delivery of ours in ?up to 8 weeks? time. Willing to re-donate it free again back to Ashgate Hospice as it has been currently.
The sofa found was a ?5 seater? small corner sofa. Price marked at £255 which seemed a bit steep for a second hand sofa donated to charity for free. It had ALOT of imperfections, pulls, marks, stains etc so I offered £150 which I personally believe was reasonable to which was refused and told £195, personally think there?s a level of greed outweighing return.
The back was full of furniture and couldn?t take much more, I had a van ready to take away and pay right away. Sofa smells fusty and have attached images of the said issues. We left and have since chose to look else where. The over pricing seems obvious throughout and to which we were told by a member of staff ?the main guy? has been off all week and has to go through reducing prices due to unrealistic pricing.

Been coming here on a daily basis and for the last month they've not been doing hot food due to staff shortage, today when I went in there was 3 staff on and still not hot food being served , they was all stood around doing nothing , they could have put some bacon and sausages under grill instead off all stood doing nothing , and 1 server is very rude she just plonks your plate off food down on the table without even speaking to you very unpolite attitude. I definitely won't be going in again . I think all the staff are lazy 3 staff on and to much off a task to grill some bacon and sausages They have lost my custom .

I've been using this cafe since it first opened and the food, drinks and service was excellent, unfortunately now most days there is a very limited or no food at all due to there being no staff. The staff are still really nice and apologetic for the situation but I think you are going to lose a lot of loyal customer's and income if this situation does not change soon.
