Changed to Tupton because my local pharmacy was always very busy. However, one of my items was unavailable and they couldn't source it from anywhere. suggested I go elsewhere or find an alternative. Went back to my busy pharmacy, it was 4.30pm and very quiet. They had my item in stock and if I didn't mind waiting for 5 minutes it would be with me. We all make mistakes, changing to Tupton pharmacy was mine.

Just called into Tupton pharmacy. There were at least 4 staff on duty, not a single customer only myself. Not one member of staff acknowledged the fact I was there in any shape or form. Stood there for several minutes and decided to leave .How very unprofessional and extremely rude.Be ashamed of yourselves, conduct yourselves more professionally and set a better example.

Came on Friday for my 5th covid booster. The pharmacy was very well organised. All the staff were very friendly and professional.Hope I can come again if I need another booster. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy.

The pharmacist can't help enough. My Dr's receptionist refused to help me at all because I have a cough and no covid tests in the house but I was reassured by the pharmacist here.

My husband collects a repeat prescription every month. The service runs like clockwork, the pharmacy staff are very well organised, friendly and efficient. He has not had any problems and is very happy with the set-up. Many thanks.

A flourishing Pharmacey in our village.It has been great to see you moving into participation with our social media and advertising that you are there for us.The ramp you have provided for people with disabilities to access you shop is an amazing achievement for a small business.Well done.Through the Covid virus you have excelled in communication and delivering prescriptions around our village to those who were isolating.Obviously this meant so much more extra work for you.I thank you in your all round efforts to be part of our village.Keep up the the good work Tupton people are grateful and we need you.
