Was looking forward to my cut today after waiting for an appt with Yvonne after reading good reviews. Was on time for my appt at 10.40. I waited till 11.00 and as no one had bothered to let me know of any delay...I left.Not good customer service.Rihanna on reception was lovely.

I'm really impressed with the service from Kirsty. She's very good at delivering exactly what you ask for. Very professional. The salon is lovely inside and it's a nice place to relax and have some pampering. My hair looks fantastic.
