Went to showroom where we received a professional and friendly service from JasonOn returning home we realised we had ordered the wrong depth of worktop, we contacted Jason by email who rectified the problem straight away...Even the delivery guy's were great ?and the worktops look fantasticWould definitely recommend and use this company again ?Date of experience: 13 November 2023

Visited the Chesterfield showroom to choose an oak worktop for our kitchen island. Debbie was very helpful and knowledgeable. Was given a 3 week delivery slot but it came 2 weeks earlier. This is the 2nd time using Worktop Express and will definitely use them again in the future.

We used Worktop Express Chesterfield for our DIY kitchen project.We took our measurements to the Chesterfield Showroom where Jason was very helpful and converted them into a production drawing for the 3 worktop lengths, 2 joins and 1 edging strip.The worktops were quickly delivered and we were kept informed by the driver as to when they were arriving.We bolted them together with the supplied bolts and sealant and they fitted perfectly just leaving me to cut out for the sink and hob with a jig saw (use a reverse tooth blade!)Would do future projects this way again as it saves having to have someone out to cut the joints which can be quite expensive.

Absolute incredible service from start to finish. Jason was great in helping us choose the right worktops for our new kitchen and saved us money in the process. Everything arrived quicker than expected and the finished product exceeded expectations. Certainly worth a visit to the chesterfield showroom.

I called in at the chesterfield showroom as I needed my worktop cut to a specific size and width and jointing which all seemed a bit complicated for me and I was'nt sure I would get all the measurements right. Fortunately Debbie was there to talk me through it and left me feeling confident that my order would be exactly how I had imagined. I would definitely Worktop Express at Chesterfield again.

Absolutely cannot fault the service we received today from Jason and Debbie. After seeing express worktops online we went to the Chesterfield showroom to see what we may want and we left having placed the order as Jason was so helpful, not only for the worktops but he and Debbie helped us with decisions and advice from their personal experience for other kitchen work we?re having done. We've just been in to the showroom and ordered our worktops. Debbie was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us decide upon our order, which we've just placed now. The worktop looks great quality and the cutting and edging service is fantastic too. Can't wait to receive them.
