Will Flint. Exceptional service. Will has dealt with an EPC for me today. He had to rebook this from last week as the tenant wasnt available for the original day. Will's communication and his professionalism has been 1st class from start to finish. On top of that he is a really sound guy. They did not keep us updated on the progress of the sale and I had to chase them several times for information. I ended up conversing directly with the buyer to chase his solicitor and progress things. They also initially listed the property on rightmove as a 3 bedroom house when it was 4. We did not have the opportunity to proof read the advert before publication.
