so just a heads up.
If you go in to this branch with a t-shirt on with your business name on it
And then try to pay for your items with a buisness account bank card (clearly states the buisness name on it)
The middle aged lady that serves you will look over your shoulder at your phone screen while your finding your discount code (I'm sure this breaks some kind of confidentiality rule, let alone its just plane rude).
And if you use a photo of the code and not the app will refuse to use the discount code.
let me just say again I'm paying with a company buisness bank card!!!
1, other branches do not do this, just sutton in ashfield
2, wickes are about 10 percent more expensive than B and Q anyway so your not really gaining anyway by using it
3, surely a little common sense would have prevailed here, instead of nonchalantly tapping on a sign behind her.
think next time I'll just travel the extra go b and q and save the drama!!

Plenty of stock, friendly staff and the discount with trade is good enough. Expensive though for items you can find elsewhere

Click and collect nightmare again , they've took sign down for click and collect so qued for normal till then after waiting 10 mins got to front and told to go where click and collect sign used to be !! no one to sort order poor young girl worker was being harassed by older staff members who are not very nice at all always look angry and no interaction with customers whatever you do don't have 2 click and collect orders at the same time as they have a melt down and make sure you have the pin ready in 0.5 seconds if they have to wait they don't like it and get very passive aggressive. Wickes you need to sort the staff here it's got really bad now

Went to this store doing some price checking, not Many staff
around I find it deals with self employed, prices a bit higher but good quality.
