The staff are so helpful and knowledgable in here. Shout out to Michelle; I asked her about the ?Stanley Tucci memoir one? and she knew exactly what I was talking about and found it, I then asked ?any books on ADHD?? and she instantly found them all and gave me an insight to one of them in particular. Really impressive!
I am enjoying boycotting Amazon in its own right, but the real satisfaction comes from visiting a proper bookshop, browsing in person and getting tailored help from the staff :)

Wherever I go, I always enjoy a trip to Waterstones. Just exploring the town when passed by this book shop. It was very busy because of Saturday. Good to see a lot of readers.
The staff were very good to served everyone quickly without time waste and on floor they were helpful too. I got good bargain on buy one and second half price books. It was very relaxing and calm atmosphere. Good to be here.
