Today we visited the Vodafone store in Chesterfield, and we were helped by a gentleman named Kal.
Kal was extremely helpful and kind. He explained everything to us clearly, and both my husband and I felt truly cared for. He created a very warm and welcoming atmosphere ? it didn?t feel like we were talking to a salesperson, but to someone who genuinely cared about us as people.
That, to us, is the true sign of professionalism.
There was no pressure or rush. Kal was thorough, patient, and took the time to help us understand everything, offering honest suggestions to help us choose the best options for our needs.
We are truly grateful, and it was a pleasure to be served by someone like him. People like Kal are unforgettable ? we will always remember this experience and highly recommend him to others.

Been with Vodafone for over 20 years but recently I went to the Chesterfield shop to upgrade my phones and switch my broadband to Vodafone, the guys in the Chesterfield store have been brilliant, they're so knowledgeable and helpful, if only every shop assistant was as good as these guys.
Can't thank them enough for their help, every one of them.
