I bought some garden frame connectors over the internet when they arrived they were just the wrong size. I called them and they said I could return them and they would refund my money. They have done so and were so helpful

Very friendly and helpful staff. My order arrived and an item was damaged I called and new item was delivered the next afternoon. Not many companies around these days with such good customer service.

I have placed two orders from Two Wests for bespoke made aluminium greenhouse shelves. Both times the communication has been amazing and they have usually dispatched my order on the same day! The courier was so fast too. They are great quality shelves and work perfectly with my heat mats. I'm so impressed considering that these have only been small orders, nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to come back. Thank you ??

You don't have to look far for trustworthy reviews to see that this company offers for sale goods that they say are usually dispatched in a few days but take payment for goods they do not have in stock and then fail to deliver. I purchased a propagating bench costing over £500 and have waited nearly 3 months for one component that they still have no idea when will be available. Two Wests and Elliot are still offering the unit for sale with delivery "usually" 4-5 days both on Amazon and their own site even though they don't have all the components. To add insult to injury when I tried to request a refund for the missing item after waiting nearly 3 months so I could purchase it elsewhere they quibbled over £5. They probably saved that on the cost of posting the missing item! So much for customer service. How long can a business remain viable when it takes payment for goods it does not have and has no idea when they will be in stock ? There are lots of excellent reputable companies selling gardening equipment online. Sadly this is not one of them!

Purchased an item which was stated "in-stock" & paid the required shipping fee of £30. One week later the company emailed me requesting a further £30 extra for shipping. I refused & requested a full refund. They have agreed.

Just recently I purchased a top-of-the-range heated propagator. When it was delivered there was some parts missing, and the staff at two west's and Elliott dealt with it very quickly and I had the parts delivered within 3-days. Then the heated base failed, within warranty period, and once again communication was clear and with several update messages on my voicemail over the 4 days and everything dealt with quickly. This was even though they were relying on a third party, the product manufacturer. Having dealt with manufacturers myself, I know how that can turn out. So 5 stars to the staff at two wests and Elliott, excellent service and speedy handling of the situation. Not to mention one of the most competitive prices I found for such an expensive product. Will happily purchase from this company again when the time comes.

Recently purchased some light units, had several weeks wait for delivery due to the recent goings on which is totally understandable, they kept me up to date with the order and were honest and up front with how long the order would take from the start. On delivery there was a slight issue with a unit(no fault of theirs) this was sorted straight away with no fuss. I Can't fault their customer service, I will be a returning customer in the future for sure.

I bought a couple of wooden cold frames. Very disappointed with the quality, but you only really see this once you are building the frame. Wrong instructions sent, not enough screws sent, some parts pre-constructed to a poor standard (one of them broke within a week!). So I've spent more time and money trying to reinforce the structure. I'd have been almost as quick building this from scratch myself!I submitted a review on their website a few weeks ago, but it doesn't seem to have been posted online. Maybe they forget to post negative reviews ;). I wouldn't place too much reliance on the product reviews shown on their website.

Bought a fruit cage from here. Very sturdy, good quality. Delivery didn't take too long considering the difficulties during this covid 19 outbreak. Hubby thought pieces were missing so rang the company. Lady I spoke to was lovely, turns out hubby hadn't looked properly and pieces were actually there. I would recomend this company.

I was repeatedly lied to by this company about when the product would arrive. I bought on the basis of 14 day delivery. when that didn't happen I chased and was told it was now 4 weeks. That passed and I was told it was still coming. Now I've been told 6 weeks after I bought the thing that they never had one and that they can't buy it and send it to me.I see this as a dishonest lying company who kept my money, lied about delivery and now have let me down.Avoid them at all costs - there are so many other options on the web that you don't need to deal with people like these.

I would highly recommend Two Wests & Elliot, the service and speed of delivery was outstanding and I will be a returning customer. I bought a VegTrug nursery greenhouse from here, there was a small issue with one of the parts, they dispatched the item within 1 day, unfortunately I had requested the wrong part, but they sent out the correct one free of charge even though it was my mistake.Very good customer service.

I wish they used metric measurements. We changed to metric in 1964, for goodness sake! I?m sure the company is making some political point. At least give both. That might ensure they read your order properly and despatch the right number if goods first time.
